When you register or apply for membership, we collect your name, email address, nickname, jersey number, and favorite player. When you pay dues or purchase merchandise, payment is processed through email or third-party payment processors.
We use your information to: manage your membership, communicate club announcements and events, process dues and merchandise orders, and maintain our member directory (visible only to the club president and board).
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your information is only accessible to Empire Tejas 915 club officers for membership management purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures including password hashing and encrypted connections (SSL) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
This site uses local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
