Empire Tejas 915 is El Paso's official San Francisco 49ers fan & booster club — recognized on 49ers.com. Started in 2009 when JR Esparza began passing out flyers in bars across cowboy country, we've grown to 50+ dedicated members. We are NOT a nation — we are the Empire. Watch parties at BadAss (11335 Montwood Dr), food drives, toy drives, and brotherhood. If you are a Niner fan, you are part of the Empire.
